Energy Efficiency & Operational Optimization
The reasons why a building consumes more energy than necessary are manifold. Depending on the initial situation in the building (new buildings, existing buildings, degree of mechanisation, documentation of the building operation) and the organisation, we adapt our consulting and engineering services to the clients' requirements. Years of experience and our knowledge in applying different tools and methods enable us to identify fast and cost-efficient measures as well as to develop long-term optimization strategies.
In all our projects, we value the close cooperation with the operating personnel on site, who know the buildings best. We see ourselves as an external source of inspiration and as an expert guide during implementation.
e7 has the relevant engineering business license "Energy and Environmental Technology".
- Energy Audit
An energy audit is the basis for any comprehensive building optimisation, in order to ascertain the initial situation and, building on this, to take optimisation measures.
- Energy Consumption Analyses - Load Profile Analyses
The e7 load profile analysis shows in a very short time how the building is ticking and where savings can be easily achieved. - Energy Consumption Monitoring
Energy consumption monitoring enables real-time diagnosis of faults and malfunctions and is an important instrument for improving energy performance. - Technical Monitoring
The technical monitoring provides an exact TARGET-ACTUAL comparison of quality specifications at the plant level and a precise identification of defects. This is particularly useful for new and/or complex plants. - Examination of the settings in the building control system
The building management system (BMS) only functions as well as its specifications and programming. By analysing the BMS settings, you can quickly identify unnecessarily energy-consuming patterns and work out optimisation proposals. - Re-Commissioning
Particularly in complex buildings, there is usually a high potential of very economical no- and low-cost measures that can be implemented simply by adapting the systems to the actual requirements. With re-commissioning, a mix of several methods usually leads to the best result.
