The municipial union "Hallenbad Nord" (Indoor Swimming Pool North) of the district Günzburg in Bavaria/Germany has been planning the renovation of the indoor swimming pool Leipheim. The cost target for the renovation was to keep the annual expenses of investment and operating costs as low as possible for the municipial union.
On behalf of the architect Pohl ZT GmbH, e7 supported the client in determining the life cycle costs and the expected annual expenses. The life cycle costs have been determined in the phases preliminary draft and draft and have been made available to the planning team and the client.
