Workshop: Quality Assurance of Building Performance at the Building Technology Austria Trade Fair
Do you know it? Have you commissioned the planning and construction of an energy-efficient building? You have relied on competent planners and trustworthy companies? And yet you still have problems in operation?
You're not alone in this! Particularly complex and digitized buildings do not reach the goals of the planning after completion. Comfort deficiencies, increased energy and operating costs and suboptimal running systems often accompany the operators for many years after completion.
However, this does not have to be the case. New proven methods and approaches, which are already recommended in Germany by the AMEV, solve this problem and are currently finding their way to Austria.
