Laura Reischle graduated from the University of Vienna with a degree in Journalism and Communication Science, gaining practical experience in public relations and journalism during her studies. She subsequently began her postgraduate degree in International Development at the University of Vienna and University College Dublin, specialising in global history and migration. 

Since June 2025, she has been supporting the e-7 team in the back office.

In her free time, she enjoys meeting up with friends and going on hikes.
