Reinhard Hierschläger completed his bachelor's degree in “Eco-Energy Technology” at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Wels in 2011 and then deepened his specialist knowledge in the master's program “Domotronics” at the University of Innsbruck.

Over the past ten years, he has worked for several engineering firms specializing in building services, gaining extensive experience in the planning of technical building equipment (TGA) and project management. His professional spectrum ranges from the planning and implementation of district heating systems and networks to the creation of HVAC plans for residential, commercial, and hotel projects to the management of large-scale international projects. He attaches particular importance to an integrated planning approach and the continuous development of innovative energy solutions.

Reinhard joined the e7 team in October 2025, where he supports the areas of energy efficiency, energy audits, technical monitoring, and the preparation of feasibility studies.

When he is not spending time with his family, Reinhard enjoys spending his free time in the mountains, at the climbing wall, or running.
