Retreat at Lake Neusiedl: A new breeze for our future
Our company retreat recently took place in Podersdorf on Lake Neusiedl, and we can look back on two intensive and inspiring days. In the beautiful surroundings of the lakeshore, we took the time to analyze our company strategy in detail and develop it.
Under the moderation of Ms. Sabine Zhang from Trainconsulting, we discussed our self-perception, our passions, skills and visions for the future in various workshops. A central topic was the design of our future strategy process and the integration of new topics. Worth highlighting was the definition of clear principles that will help us to evaluate and effectively integrate future topics.
The retreat was not only an impulse for the future of e7, but also a valuable opportunity to strengthen the cohesion in our team - especially after a recent growth in personnel.
We would like to thank Ms. Zhang for her professional moderation and the management and back office for the smooth organization. A big thank you also goes to our entire team for their commitment and participation.
